Web Site Design
I love creating web sites, but sometimes I don't have time to add more to my plate due to our busy real estate life and other projects.
Here are some of our sites I've done...
Sites I've done for other businesses...
- ParkAvenueThrift.org is for a local thrift shop that gives 100% of their profit back to the Enid community.
- StMatthewsEnid.org is a local Episcopal Church. This site will have a Stained Glass Window Tour soon
- NicInv.com is for the Nicholas Investment Company, though not finished yet.
more to come soon...
(working on new site for Junior Welfare League)
I did these sites several years ago, so I'm putting them here for fun, NOT necessarily to add to my portfolio.
- Cardyologies.com is a humorous greeting card line of ours, with many cards featuring our daughter.
- GoodTimeForGames.com is something I used to have time for (before real estate). It was my excuse to do something crafty and was intended to remind people to take time to play.
Web Site Prices
The cost of the initial design depends on what you need. You might need a simple site, an extensive site or somewhere in between. You might expect a price range of $500 to $2,000.
In general, I usually charge $500 for the initial design and set-up of the site. This INCLUDES photography AND logo design, as long as it is a logo I am capable of creating. Then add around $25 to $100 per page of the site. This depends on the content of the page, if it requires more photography, etc. Videos and commercials are additional.
Web sites need to be updated to stay "fresh" in the search engines. My updates are priced additionally, depending on the updates.
Each site takes up space on a server, so you must pay for web hosting, which gets your web site on the internet. You may use the host of your choice. If you don't know where/how to do that, we can help. Hosting usually costs around $7 - $19 per month.
Your domain name (www.YourName.com) could be from $8 to $35 per year, or it could be free with your hosting package. We can help you with this if you need.
